Before you start your school application with us

Your personalized dashboard provides a comprehensive view of the status of your Application, Admission, Student Loan, and Visa processes. It streamlines the application process by allowing you to initiate your application and upload required documents with ease. Your dashboard provides you with the ability to receive messages from your assigned student advisor and other members of our team. Please note that you may not be able to initiate conversations until you have been reached out to.

If you need to speak with someone urgently, kindly open a support ticket and our team will respond based on the priority of your request within our working hours. In some cases, your assigned student advisor may reach out to you directly. We appreciate your patience as we strive to assist all of our clients in a timely and effective manner.

During the course of your application process, it may be necessary to request certain personal documents and information. Rest assured that all client data is kept confidential and secure, only being requested by schools, loan companies, or embassies as needed. Only authorized members of our team will reach out to you regarding any necessary information. At various stages of the application, you may be assigned a new team member to expedite the process. Please confirm with your current advisor who the next point of contact will be.

It is important to note that there may be fees associated with the student application, loan verification, and visa processing stages. In order to begin the school application process, a 50% service charge will be collected, with the remaining balance due prior to starting the visa application. Please note that if admission is not granted, the 50% service charge will be refunded. Payments can be made through the portal or via transfer.
